Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through this alone. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or relationship challenges, I’m here to walk alongside you on your healing journey. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive, judgment-free space to foster resilience and encourage hope.

My passion is helping individuals process difficult experiences in a safe and supportive space. I have extensive experience working with children and families affected by sexual abuse, and I specialize in Trauma-Focused CBT. I’m also trained in EMDR and Parent-Child Interactional Therapy (PCIT), two powerful approaches that help foster healing.

Therapy is about honoring your experiences, understanding yourself with compassion, and reclaiming your strength. Healing takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone.
