As a licensed therapist with a Masters in Clinical Counseling, and a Certified Trauma Professional I like to provide my clients with the opportunity to disclose, process and work through their problems in a nonjudgmentally safe environment; to understand their full potential and their full worth. My approach to counseling is an integrative one, in order to provide clients with a holistic counseling experience.
I work with the populations of marginalized groups (LGBTQ+, women, racial/cultural minorities, etc.). Dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, as well as loss and grief. I strongly believe in helping to provide access to quality mental health services for those who seek it.
At times we all need help, sometimes just a listening ear. If you are at one of those crossroads where you feel you are in need, please reach out, I would love to be a partner on your journey to mental health greatness.
