Hi, I’m Kaliah! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’ve been helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges since 2003. I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Texas Christian University and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Social Work at Walden University.

I specialize in working with depression, trauma, substance use, and the unique experiences of individuals from minority and marginalized communities.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Crisis Intervention. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, develop healthy coping tools, and work toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
