Clients that may be a best fit for therapy with me vary in age and may come with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, relational issues, dealing with life stress, and more. Above all, clients should be focused on putting in consistent effort to achieve goals with the provided additional support and motivation; the real work happens between sessions. Clients willing to make changes in daily life, to journey out of their comfort zone, and with hope for improvement can do well in therapy. Clients must be willing to engage in teletherapy, and those with limited access to face-to-face services are preferred.
I am a specialist in relational issues; I take into consideration issues of the individual, and, patterns in interacting with others. I approach issues holistically and I am client centered, helping to find strengths that have not yet been used for solutions. My style is laid back and empathetic, guiding clients on the way to achieving their chosen goals.
