I primarily work with individuals age 15 - early 30s who may be navigating self-esteem, identity exploration, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I understand being young is hard and also work with families of teens. My practice is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration.
I believe you are enough, just as you are. I see you as the expert of your own experience, and I’m here as a compassionate witness, guide, and collaborator in your healing process. Our work is shaped by your unique story and the systems and relationships that have influenced it.
I use an experiential, relational approach rooted in IFS, Somatic Experiencing, Narrative Therapy, and Gestalt. I also practice EMDR therapy, which is especially beneficial in working through past trauma stored in the body and mind. I hope to offer a warm, inclusive space where you feel free to be your most honest and authentic self without judgment.
