Navigating life’s challenges can be difficult, but it does not need to be done alone. My goal is to support and empower individuals while helping us connect back to our own bodies. Each person brings their unique life and experiences to session and I invite people of all identities and walks of life while uniquely tailoring services to you. I am passionate about creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for individuals to investigate challenges presented in life.
As a dance/movement therapist and counselor, I work from a belief that we bring our whole self to therapy and that our body holds our strengths, experiences, adversities, and trauma. Sometimes speaking about the difficulties we encounter is a difficult feat, and with this in mind I like to integrate expressive arts modalities to my therapeutic work.
I have worked in diverse settings with individuals facing a variety of life's challenges. We are all unique and need someone to connect with us on a human level. I seek to built connections and assist in the healing journey through trust, empathy, genuineness, and empowerment.
