Whether you are struggling with relationships, divorce, depression, or self confidence, I am here to help! I am here to walk beside you in your current life situations by giving you a safe space, free of judgment. I pride myself in doing therapy different and pulling knowledge from a variety of places. Let's make therapy less intimidating and enjoyable. I am currently only accepting telehealth clients. In Person clients have a waitlist.
My clinical experience includes work with couples, teens and womanhood issues. Additionally, I work with depression, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ issues. My work is guided by person-centered, trauma-informed, and feminist therapy theories and incorporates elements of mindfulness practices to help connect the mind and body.
I'm the type of therapist who loves to fit therapy to you; what feels right to you. Is it video games, reading, enjoying outside? I want to fit therapy to you and what feels authentic to you. I will listen during the hard stuff, laugh during the good and celebrate your progress. I know it is hard asking for help and I am so proud of you for being here!
