I specialize in clients ages 14+ who struggle with primarily ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma and many other issues. I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Professional. I also work with couples utilizing the Gottman Couples Therapy Method, helping them work together to reach the best version of themselves in and out of their significant relationships.
I am dedicated and passionate about helping people live the best version of the life they choose for themselves.
