I work with clients ages 13+, to provide a safe space to express their feelings freely, connect with their authentic selves, and work toward solutions that bring them long-lasting relief. I know it can be scary and difficult to reach out for help...but if you take that step, I would be honored to work with you through the rest of your journey.
I'm taking new clients, both in person and virtually/online. While not at work, I love to prioritize my own mental health! This can look different based on the day (and the season). However, some things always stay the same; I enjoy spending time with friends, going for a walk, watching reality television, and cheering on Penn State!
