I work with children ages 3-12, adolescents ages 13-18. If your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma reaction, or if they are having a difficult time coping with family changes or transition; therapy could be a wonderful tool to help them move towards health and mental wellbeing!
I specialize in play therapy and EMDR. Past experiences, attachment, and familial relationships are important to therapy work, though my main focus in the therapy room is a strengths-based and present-focused approach.
