​​I am a licensed therapist and ICF-certified executive life coach, specializing in deep, bottom-up trauma work through evidence-based and experiential modalities including Brainspotting, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and low-dose ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. I also offer a unique approach called therapy with a coaching edge, which blends the insight and healing of therapy with the clarity, structure, and accountability of coaching. This blend helps clients not only process and resolve the roots of emotional and behavioral patterns but also create forward momentum and lasting change in their lives.
