Women's Sexual Trauma Survivors (10 Weeks, ONLINE)
Long after sexual trauma you may struggle with anxiety, shame, grief, and a sense of isolation. Those close to you may inadvertently trigger strong reactions like anger/rage, panic/fear, and intrusive thoughts. You don't feel like yourself, and you're not sure who to talk to. I've spent the past 15 years helping sexual trauma survivors build self-compassion and reclaim their identity so it's not defined by trauma. I created this group so survivors can connect and empower each other as they work toward healing. Now enrolling for July 2024. Learn more: kalenekhan.com

Group Meets
Perfectionists, People-Pleasers, and Overthinkers
This group is for those who find it easy to have compassion for others but struggle to have self-compassion. You may have a persistent inner critic that builds up anxiety and pushes you to meet unrealistic expectations for yourself. Self-care, taking breaks, and asking for help feel selfish. With your friends and colleagues you struggle to feel like you truly belong. With the right support you can move beyond perfectionism, people-pleasing, and overthinking. This ongoing group offers weekly support and skills to help build self-compassion. Learn more at www.kalenekhan.com
