Aloha! My name Kalena Serraon and I was born and raised on the island of Kauai. I am humbled and grateful to be providing mental health services in the community that I grew up in. We all know how special Kauai and it's community is. I truly feel it takes a village to grow our keiki. I focus on youth, teens, and adults suffering from depression, anxiety, & trauma related issues. I attended the University of Hawaii at Mānoa were I obtained my Master's in Social Work with a focus in Child & Family. I do not offer marriage counseling or cases involving divorce/custody disputes.
I like to lead my practice with a humanistic approach. I believe everyone has a their own unique way of looking at the world. How you view yourself and the world around you has a big impact on your thoughts and actions. These views can impact your choices and decisions. Lets work together to build a healthy world and lifestyle for yourself.
