I vary on what modalities I use based on the client. As I get to know you, I typically take a Person-Centered approach. I have often involved mindfulness, movement therapy, play therapy (yes, for adults), music therapy, and DBT/CBT. I firmly believe that mental, spiritual, and physical health all go hand in hand.
