I specialize in working with young adults. I’m here to empower you in increasing self-awareness, improving your ability to truly feel and release emotions, and learning how to attune to both yourself and others. I meet each person with an open and nonjudgmental presence while blending together different modalities including emotionally focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and the brain-body relational therapy of brainspotting (BSP). I integrate the approaches that best fit the needs of the person(s) in front of me.
I have gained substantial experience working with young adults and families throughout my time as a wilderness therapist with a premiere Wilderness Therapy program. Additional specialized trainings include emotionally-focused (EFT) for couples and brainspotting (BSP). BSP aims at fully discharging activation held in the brain and body.
