Hello! I am a white, transgender, neurodivergent psychotherapist. I enjoy working with adults and adolescents, and I see both individuals and couples. I primarily serve clients who are members of the queer and trans community, or who are hoping to explore or discuss their sexual or gender identities in therapy.
My therapeutic style is warm and curious. I am deeply validating and compassionate, and I also enjoy incorporating humor in my work. My clinical approach is integrative, incorporating perspectives from psychodynamic therapy, IFS and parts work, CBT, DBT, and the neuroscience of trauma.
I have deep curiosity about how my clients’ identities shape their experiences and inform their needs in therapy.
