I practice trauma-informed care, which means I focus on understanding, recognizing, and responding to the effects of trauma and adversity. My work is grounded in a functional, person-centered approach that honors your needs, experiences, and goals. Together, we will identify what matters most to you and, when relevant, to your relationship. Our work will center on your priorities while creating space for reflection, growth, and sustainable change. My style is direct, supportive, and goal-oriented, with a touch of light-hearted humor when it feels helpful.
I offer Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), an approach to treating trauma that can be especially helpful when past or current experiences feel unresolved or difficult to move through. I can also provide support for mothers and birthing people who are balancing the multiple demands of modern parenting and/or caregiving alongside other life stressors.
Please contact my office to discuss your needs in more detail. Together, we can determine whether my services may be an appropriate fit for you.
