I work with high-achieving women who feel confident in most areas of life but struggle with anxiety in dating and relationships. Many experience overthinking, fear of rejection, and patterns of anxious attachment. They may find themselves stuck in situationships, drawn to emotionally unavailable partners, or constantly questioning if a relationship is right for them. They often feel discouraged and disconnected, and want to build self-trust, feel more secure, and create healthy, fulfilling relationships.
Clients can expect a supportive, collaborative space where we explore what’s driving their anxiety and relationship patterns. We focus on reducing overthinking, understanding attachment styles, building self-trust, and developing healthier ways of communicating and connecting. Helping you to feel more grounded, secure, and confident in yourself!
If this resonates, you’re not alone! So many women find themselves feeling this way in dating and relationships, even when they feel confident in other areas of life. Relationship anxiety can feel overwhelming, but it’s also something we can understand and work through together. You don’t have to keep doing this on your own.
