Our practice focuses mostly on working with with children and adolescents on an individual basis and their families in family counseling when needed. Counseling for adults and couples is also offered. We utilize a person centered approach and individualized care and treatment to each client and family. We have a number of years of experience in working with children including children who are or have been in foster care, have been adopted, experienced trauma and children struggling to adjust and adapt to new settings and situations. We enjoy seeing the progress children can make and getting to see their perspective on life.
Play therapy and talk therapy is offered in a non-judgmental, safe environment, to help to explore current life stressors as well as provide a safe nurturing environment for the children we work with. Our main focus is to help the our clients live happy, healthy lives with the necessary supports to do so.
We truly love to work with children and adolescents, we have grown to love to see how they view life and want to help them through difficult times and build skills to help the children we work with be more resilient and develop the skills to have happy, healthy and safe lives.
