I am passionate about helping individuals, families, partners, parents, and children discover their strengths and build a foundation of mutual respect and compassionate communication. My approach is person-centered, which means our sessions will be unique to you, your needs, your interests, and your personality. Together, we will consider your current patterns and foster new possibilities for how you think, behave, and process emotions. We may also practice communication skills to use with your family, partners, and friends. This can be done through both family/group counseling, as well as on an individual level.
When we work together, my primary focus will be on discovering who you are fully, and empowering your authentic self. My core value is love and I firmly believe that transformation can be found when we direct love toward the parts of us that are hurting or hiding, as well as to the fractured connections we have with others.
