I specialize in trauma, grief and crisis and have significant experience working with survivors of sexual trauma. I also have experience working with young children and teens/adolescents. I am familiar with ADHD, Autism and a variety of learning disabilities and can help families navigate IEPs, 504s, and school accommodations for their child. I also work with adult Neurodivergent individuals.

My philosophy is trauma-informed and client-centered and I utilize attachment-based, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems approaches as well as play therapy interventions. I offer trauma, infertility and ADHD groups and I am skilled in facilitating groups that offer the validation and healing that comes from connection.

Process Group for ADHD Adults

This group is for adults diagnosed with ADHD or who suspect they may have ADHD. It focuses on process, support, building community and effective strategies for managing executive dysfunction, self-advocacy, responding to ableism, navigating social systems, and dealing with sensory overload. Group sessions are 50$ cash, insurance coverage may be available depending on your plan. I am always accepting new group members. Virtual and in-person groups are available.
