My training as a Marine officer and as a therapist bring together a structure approach padded with flexibility to ensure that when we're working together, we're meeting your needs. I won't give you quick fixes or a cookie cutter approach; I will stand tall beside you and remind you that you're worth the work.
In my role, I have the privilege of acting as a witness and as a guide. I will help you to gain insight, build effective responses, and make meaningful change; the kind that lasts. I will walk with you through challenges, offer helpful perspectives, and empower you to show up as the person you want to be.
