My ideal client is an individual who recognizes their own strengths and weaknesses and is ready to make a change in their own life. This individual is moving towards the right direction by recognizing that they deserve more for themselves and is ready to start taking appropriate actions to do so. By making this change, this individual will be able to show self-compassion and build an understandstanding that growth is not linear, but that they will have me every step of the way.
In my experience working with a wide range of clients, I have learned that all individuals just want to be heard and understood and I plan to be that person for all of my clients. I have been trained in various trauma modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
I know it can be hard to be vulnerable and part of being vulnerable is recognizing when you need help. By being here, you have made that first step and I know that it has not been easy, but I applaud you for being here and I encourage you to continue on this journey and invite me to be apart of it.
