My comprehensive approach allows clients to work with me collaboratively, addressing needs and desires holistically, and providing the best emotional connection and possibilities for lifestyle improvement. As a clinician, it is important to be able to not only provide my expertise, but to also focus on the culture, values and priorities of my clients.

Young Adult Support Group

Hosted by

This group supports young adults 17-24 years old (post high school). The group is a mix of general support, guidance, and skills to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety. Most importantly, this group helps clients to adjust to adulthood: exploration of goals, identity, navigating relationships (personal and career) and adult responsibilities. This group is open to current clients; and new clients who receive an initial intake appointment before the first group AND have an external therapist. Please make a consultation appointment to get started. Cost for current clients is $90; and non-clients is $110, per group session.
