My focus is to create a safe space that honors the uniqueness of each individual, couple or family. I am LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirmative, and I take pride in supporting individuals from all walks of life.
I I have extensive training in emotionally focused therapy, EFT, which is rooted in attachment theory and can help individuals, couples and families with challenges such as depression, anxiety, addiction, parenting, and life changes.
I specialize in helping couples and families overcome negative interaction cycles and create secure bonds. My work is also informed by internal family systems, IFS, which can be tremendously helpful for trauma including PTSD, and anxiety. Many of my clients have ADHD and /or are autistic, and I provide a strength focused and affirmative space.
