I have a BA in Psychology, Masters in Social Work, and have a 200-HR RYT certification. I have been working in the mental health field in both inpatient and outpatient settings over the past 14 years. I mostly have experience working with adults including Veterans, who have addiction and other mental health concerns.
I know there is an end goal when entering therapy, but the journey to that goal is just as important. We will work together to make that path you desire to be on.
