Most people don’t wake up one day and decide to struggle. The ways we respond, relate, and protect ourselves often developed for a reason. Even the things we wish we could change usually began as attempts to handle something important.
I’ve always been fascinated by the process of becoming — the lifelong journey of learning who we are, what matters to us, and the person we are becoming. My hope is to help people approach that journey with honesty, compassion, and hope.
Most of us have times where we think, “Why did I react that way?” or “Why do we keep ending up here?” Those moments are rarely random. They usually have a history.
I work with individuals, couples, and families to explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that influence the way we relate to ourselves and to the people who matter most.
I use Restoration Therapy because I believe every person carries a longing to be known, understood, and loved well. Yet the places where we seek connection are often where we experience our deepest hurt.
Therapy is a place to meet those experiences with honesty and grace — not to define us by our pain, but to rediscover connection, hope, and restoration.
