My focus is on children, teens, and families struggling with communication, as well as individuals needing assistance with grief, setting boundaries, trauma, and parenting.
I love to encourage a healthy work/life balance for my clients and practice this as well. When I'm not counseling you can find me walking my sweet pup Maverick, reading, sharing a good meal with friends and family, sipping on a cup of coffee, or watching Formula 1.
