When many people begin therapy, they don't know where to start. The people I work with often are going through a tough transition, struggling with feelings of anxiety or depression, or they have had something really distressing happen to them recently or in the past. Often, they may be noticing patterns of avoidance or conflict in their relationships due to these issues. They may also be struggling with feelings of low-self worth, negative self-talk, or feeling hopeless/helpless. I am here to help bring relief to these symptoms and help people heal.

I am EMDR certified and specialize in attachment based EMDR therapy, which can address distress (past or present); chronic stress, and feeling like you are "stuck" on the same issue in therapy. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy with can also help clients move beyond their "stuck" places and rediscover a sense of joy and connectedness.
