I am passionate in helping adults and those in relationships feel confident that they can navigate challenges that come their way. I will support you by providing warmth, non judgment, and tools to help. I use a person centered approach with all clients I work with.

I specialize in Compassion Focused, Mindfulness, Gottman Method, Narrative, and Solution Focused approaches to help you to reach goals that you have. Let's work together for you to feel excited and positive about your life and relationships. You don't have to keep carrying what has felt so heavy lately.

This is a safe space to be who you are. It can feel hard to reach out for help but once you reach out it can feel so empowering. I offer both in person and online session.
