Therapy is an art as well as a science. Using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy , Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed interventions, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs and goals of every client!
I work extensively with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, and another niche of mine is working with addiction as well as those with loved ones struggling with addiction. Whether we are processing past experiences or building healthier coping strategies, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered.
