Welcome. Accepting new clients! Starting therapy can be vulnerable and scary. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and at ease. I specialize in working with teens, young adults and adults dealing with anxiety and depression. A large part of my work is focused around helping others to understand how their pasts impact them in the present and how they are capable of taking care of themselves with a sense of kindness and compassion.
I have experience in working with a wide range of clients with varying levels of intensity of issues that they are dealing with. I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques and a person centered approach in my work with clients.
I strive to be compassionate, empathic and most of all empowering with a sense of humor to bring lightness when appropriate to difficult times. I also aim to help others take an objective look at their situations and decide if how things are going is working for them in the way they want it to.
