Although people may have similar life issues such as anxiety and depression, each person experiences it differently due to their unique upbringings, family dynamics, spiritual beliefs, and socio-cultural differences.
I take a biological, social, psychological, cultural, and spiritual approach in providing uniquely tailored treatment to your specific needs. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a similar process to EMDR in treating trauma, phobias and other concerns. I am also a cellist and can incorporate cello/music therapy into my practice.
