I specialize in providing therapy to survivors of trauma, individuals with Complex PTSD, individuals who have chronic illnesses, and folx navigating past or current challenges with their family of origin (FOO).
I have supported folx with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, grief, and medical gaslighting.
I am a fat & queer therapist who follows HAES practices. All LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, disabled, fat, & economically disadvantaged people deserve rights.I am anti-capitalism, anti-genocide and empathetic to the challenges that will come with the current political landscape.
Personally, I enjoy swimming, spending time in nature, reading, and spending time with my wife and 3 cats. I am originally from the Midwest, but the Pacific Northwest feels like my true home.
I am DBT certified and am a Certified Complex Trauma Professional. I am also trained in CBT and use Somatic practices and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in session.
