Many people come to me curious about somatic therapy and how it might help them reconnect with their emotions, process trauma, or navigate life's complexities with more ease. My work is grounded in a master's degree in Somatic Psychology, along with trainings in Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness practices, and Polyvagal Theory.
