After experiencing trauma and/or infidelity you may be struggling to find your footing again. So much has changed in so many ways. Or perhaps you’re so accustomed to feeling the way you do that you can’t pinpoint what went wrong but you know you need something to change. You don't want to have to figure it out alone and you don't have to. I can help you find clarity and healing.

I have found a passion for working with trauma of all varieties experienced by individuals and couples trying to find healing after disclosure of infidelity. My unique combination of experience and trainings allow me to tailor a treatment approach for my clients that is systematic while producing relief and lasting change. This is not typical talk therapy.

I work with those struggling to move past traumatic experiences. For couples, my intake process is complete after 3 sessions. For individuals, we generally finish this in 1-2 sessions. I then present my findings and proposed treatment options and we work together to set treatment goals. Due to the nature of the content I specialize in, clients can plan to be in treatment with me for 6-24 months.
