Welcome! I am so glad that you are here. Being a human can be complicated and difficult! As your clinician I will work with you in a safe and laid back environment to understand the route of your struggles and develop goals to effectively change patterns that no longer serve you. I really enjoy working with people who are motivated to improve their quality of life and utilize many different modalities in my work to tailor treatment that work for you. Many of my clients come to me looking for support in life transitions, processing trauma, and improving day to day functioning.
My experience stems from working inpatient and outpatient within the substance use population, which allows me to have experience with Substance Use Disorders, as well as many co-occurring issues such as complicated trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
My favorite part of this work is the moments that empower my clients to make positive changes. I love that I get to support individuals alongside their mental health journey and enjoy doing so in a laid back and effective way. You will find that I myself am a flawed human being that encompasses humanness into our work together. I look forward to connecting!
