I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I work with individuals and couples who are seeking depth-oriented, compassionate parts work that integrates somatic awareness and attention to attachment and relational healing.
I offer grounded presence and guidance in exploring spirituality and healing intergenerational trauma, legacy and cultural burdens. Together, we will create a brave space to metabolize grief, break old patterns, and access more self-compassion, clarity and freedom.
