Confident Conversations is a VIRTUAL supportive, skills-based therapy group designed to help individuals build confidence in communication, discussing boundaries, practice assertiveness, and navigate conversations more effectively. Through guided discussion, roleplay, and practical tools, participants will learn how to communicate with clarity while honoring their needs and boundaries.
