Many moments are full of happiness and positivity, but there are others that cause deep, persistent, inescapable confusion and pain. When you feel trapped, stuck, frozen, panicked, overwhelmed, confused or even tortured there is a path to healing. I know that being in this place may feel dark and you can't find your way out but let's work together to bring light to your experiences and move towards healing and wholeness.

I offer to walk alongside you as you unravel it all. I will teach you how the mind and body can get trapped in unhelpful patterns and what you can do to break out of them. If desired, I love to interweave Christian faith and beliefs into the work, further supporting your healing on a spiritual level.
