Maybe you're navigating a life transition, feeling unsure of yourself in relationships, or noticing the same dynamics show up again and again. You're self-aware, but that hasn't made things easier in the way you hoped.I work with adults, especially women and young adults, navigating anxiety, relationships, attachment patterns, self-doubt, and life transitions. Many are thoughtful and self-aware but still feel stuck in patterns they want to change.

My approach is psychodynamic and attachment-based, and I also incorporate gentle somatic work when helpful. This means we won’t just talk about what’s happening, we’ll also begin to understand it at a deeper level, while helping you feel more grounded and connected in your day-to-day life.

Clients often experience me as warm, engaged, and thoughtful. I’m not a “blank slate” therapist. I’m actively in the process with you, helping you make sense of things and move forward in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
