As a neurodivergent and LGBTQ+-affirming therapist, I empathize with many of the societal and political challenges individuals in these groups encounter. Thus, I help empower my clients to gain self-awareness, build their esteem/confidence, challenge internalized stigmas and limiting beliefs, and take action towards achieving their goals.
