Hi! My name is Kaitlyn and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned a Bachelor and Master's degree of Social Work from Youngstown State University, where I was a collegiate Track and Field athlete. I hold a deep passion for mental health, with the belief that healing is not a destination, but a journey. I have experience working in the Department of Corrections and with individuals of all ages who struggle with Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Life Adjustment, Trauma, marital concerns, and lowered sports performance. My approach is tailored to the client’s specific needs, with experience utilizing IFS, CBT, SFT, and Mindfulness therapies.
