How do we show up as the person we’re meant to be in this crazy messed up world? How do we heal and grow ourselves when every single day we have to figure out what’s for dinner (seriously, every day?!) What if what used to work for us before school, this relationship, this career, these kids doesn’t ease the overwhelm or doomscrolling? In a seemingly unnavigable life, we have to find ways to tap into our inner knowing and apply that to our everyday. Therapy is an incredible pathway to healing and growth, and I’d love to be a partner and guide with you, because when we do, we make our corner of the world a little brighter.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, which means that as a therapist and diagnostician I’m really trained to look at the whole picture, not just an individual in a vacuum. It’s not just about your parents or how you grew up ( but attachment-based modalities can help us look into that together), it’s about ALL OF it.
There are a lot of clinical names for what we can do together, but the bottom line is that most of our time together shouldn’t feel like work at all.
