It is my goal to provide a non-judgmental, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to therapy to support clients in creating positive change. I am passionate about working with teen (15+) and adult clients to develop essential skill sets that enhance their confidence, relationships, and functioning throughout expected and unexpected life events and challenges. I with individuals, couples, and families to successfully overcome barriers created by symptoms and conditions such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship conflict, challenges with life transitions, stress, and trauma.
I utilize CBT strategies to assist teens (15+) and young adults process experiences of stress and trauma and learn to regain control of their life. I completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couple Therapy and utilize this evidenced-based model to teach couples skills that will improve their connection, communication, and conflict management skills.
Beginning therapy can be overwhelming and intimidating. It is my goal to create a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental environment for all clients to learn, grow, and overcome their barriers. If you are an individual or couple ready to take the next step in your journey toward healing, I am eager to walk alongside you and help you achieve your goals.
