I have 8 years of experience working with folks who have a history sexual abuse/assault, (C)PTSD, and relational trauma. I am trauma-informed in my approach to facilitate a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to process your experiences. My approach is informed by your pace and consent because it can be intimidating to confront vulnerable topics.
I aim to form a therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe and authentic so that you can feel empowered to lean into your own resiliency.
