Please EMAIL to discuss openings and availability. As a clinician I understand the importance of the counseling relationship as a foundation for growth and healing. By using a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy and the real time relationship in the counseling space, I work to treat perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, and role/identity transformations. Additionally I work with adults alongside many other life transitions, offering challenges and support to enhance a happy and healthy life.
I continue to build a practice that focuses on serving women in early intervention and continued care throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond. Often in our work we explore new family structures, beginning and ending relationships, and navigating the world in a new way.
It is my philosophy that mothers, and those becoming mothers, need compassionate and competent holistic care. Reach out, give me a call for a phone consultation. I believe that in therapy we get a unique opportunity to learn and practice new ways of being in the world. Creating this safe space can be powerful and transformative. Be brave.
