My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems Therapy, and the Gottman Method. As a Gottman Level 2 trained therapist, I help couples improve communication, rebuild trust, strengthen emotional connection, and create healthier relationship patterns.
