I am neuroaffirming, and work well with those with eating disorders, relationship issues/trauma, OCD, and other difficulties like autoimmune/chronic illness. I have a passion for working with teens & adults who want to not only find relief from their symptoms, but desire to uncover the root of their difficulties and experience meaningful holistic healing. I believe therapy should be a judgement-free space where the client-therapist relationship helps to foster positive therapeutic outcomes.
I use evidence-based approaches with creative interventions to bring to life your therapeutic goals. I tend to use somatic, psychodynamic, and attachment-based methods in therapy to assist clients in getting to the bottom of their current struggles.
