Beginning a mental health journey can often feel terrifying, confusing, or isolating. Like many others, my own mental health journey led me to help individuals navigate these difficult feelings. Many people I work with often feel misunderstood, misheard, or unseen. You may feel that your thoughts, or feelings, are too much to handle alone. Together, we will identify and manage the challenges you are facing to increase confidence, motivation, and your self-esteem. I work with a variety of ages (5-65+) and a variety of backgrounds. I take a person-centered and holistic approach to therapy services. We will use multiple approaches to help you identify and express your thoughts and feelings. I have experience addressing ADHD, OCD, Depression, Anxiety, Motivation and Behavioral issues, communication and boundary needs, as well as trauma.
